इस एमओयू से डीजीक्यूए और बीईएल को पीएससी के रूप में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक ईंधन के दीर्घकालिक प्रावधान के लिए एक रूपरेखा और रोडमैप स्थापित करने और दर ठेके को अंतिम रूप देने में मदद मिलेगी।
