Retro Modification of Bty Charger (17M Mob Mast) has been carried out by BEL, Navi Mumbai. Functional serviceability checks of the said Bty Charger after fitment in the eqpt (17M Mob Mast) has been carried out by this Wksp and found 'Serviceable.' The positive and quick response of BEL, Navi Mumbai in carrying out the said Retro Modification has been appreciated at all levels. Looking forward for similar action in providing assistance in repairs of 17M Mob Mast to this Wksp.

My visit gave me several insights beyond BEL, into their clients, systems, operations, aspirations and how the organization is transforming itself into a more proactive and responsive organization. I wish the team great success.

2401 Sqn is the pioneer Akash Missile Sqadron of IAF. The unit was to be inspected for its combat worthiness by the specialists of team of IAF from April 4 to 8, 2016. Towards the preparedness, the efforts extended by your (Vikraman's) team of engineers was laudable and commendable. Your personnel were available at any time of the day whenever the requirement existed, be it scorching sun or at 10 pm in the night. This speaks volumes of your proactive and positive attitude when it comes to meeting operational requirement of IAF. Due to the coordinated team work, the squadron was adjudged with good assessment in the inspection. Your unstinted support that I received and commitment of your personnel have been instrumental in achieving my set goal. Towards that, it would be worth appreciating Mr Ramesh Yadav, Mr Rajesh Kumar, Mr Narendra Babu and Mr Rajat Shrivastava to make the mission a success.

It was a great pleasure to see a vibrant PSU with such enhanced capabilities and nice work culture. I hope, in the years to come, BEL would continue to provide technological leadership in R&D and product development.

My maiden visit to BEL (Hyd) as DCNS. Highly impressed to see the competence, commitment and passion of one and all here. I have also been very impressed by the infrastructure here and the work being done, especially in so far as naval EW Systems are concerned. The Indian Navy has been relying on and support BEL EW Systems for ages now and we will continue to do so. All the very best always. We are proud of our association with BEL (Hyd).
