2KW L-Band Solid State Power Amplifieris designed for use in communication applications in the frequency band of 1.7GHz-2.1GHz. The Amplifier can deliver its rated output power for all single carrier modulated continuous wave input signals. Amplifier is capable of handling multi carrier digital modulation schemes including OFDM with appropriate output power back-off.

It is designed with SNMP interface meeting the increasing demand for remote control and monitoring of electronic systems. SSPA is realized by combining 8Nos of Power Amplifier Modules(PAM). Each PAM is capable of delivering 400W of output power. Failure of one out of 8 modules brings down the final output power of the system but doesn’t result in complete breakdown of the system
