Advanced Land Navigation System is a Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) based navigation system and is used for traversing a path defined by the coordinates of a military map in ESM format. The system provides Inertial, GPS and Hybrid Navigation data for the navigation requirements. The system guides the Commander as well as the Driver of the vehicle by dynamically updating the vehicle’s present position and bearing to the selected destination.
