Advanced-VLF-Modulator

Very Low Frequency (VLF) is the means of long-range reliable communication from Indian mainland to distributed ships and submerged submarines. Indian Navy established a VLF Transmitting station at INS Kattabomman for this purpose. Limited bandwidth of the large transmit antenna is a major challenge in achieving enhanced information transfer rate over this link. Advanced VLF Modulator system is a solution to this challenge which is able to achieve reliable text data communication up to 400 bps in a very limited bandwidth by use of modern communication signal processing techniques
