Air Data computer, abbreviated as ADC, has been designed and developed for Digital Fly-By-Wire Flight Control System (FCS) of Light Combat Aircraft (LCA). ADC is a quadruplex distributed air data computer, interfaced to four channels of DFCC through RS422. ADC performs air data computation like atmospheric pressure, temperature and angle of attack by taking input from air data sensors like pressure transducers, temperature sensor and angle of attack sensor.
