Predictive Maintenance applications are gaining traction over the traditional preventive maintenance in high availability mission critical systems. BEL has indigenously manufactured many systems/ sub-systems/ components for the Fire Control System, deployed in various ships of the Indian Navy which are to be maintained for a period of over 10 to 15 years. The Predictive Maintenance for Fire Control Systems was taken up to incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) in defence applications to aid the operator in quick decision making and the solution is deployed in one of the naval ships

  • A comprehensive HMI/ Dashboard to visualize   overall health of the running systems at LRU/ PCB/ system/ subsystem level
