- BEL has signed an MoU with eGovernments Foundation in 2019 for support in using the DIGIT Urban Stack
- DIGIT Urban Stack developed by eGovernments Foundation, is open-sourced under the MIT License
- This partnership facilitates BEL to customise & deploy proven DIGIT platform to the ULBs
