Brief Description: EOIR payload with SWIR Rev 3 is single LRU Stabilized Turret Assembly configured with 4 –Gimbal, 2-axis for day/night observation and surveillance. The system consists of the following modules.
- 3rd GEN 3 – 5 micrometer MWIR Forward Looking Infra Red (FLIR) Zoom & spotter camera
- HD Color Daylight TV Camera, Zoom & spotter with LLTV feature.
- Short Wave IR Camera zoom and spotter
- Eye safe Laser Range Finder or Laser Target Designator and Range Finder
- GNSS receiver for Geo location features
- IMU for stabilization.
- Built in Video recording.
- CEMILAC approved.
- Currently used in ALH Helicopter platforms for marine applications.

- Day and night stabilized LOS observation with capabilities of target detection, recognition and identification in various weather conditions.
- Automatic and manual tracking targets.
- Target range measuring.
- Calculation of Target location.
- Communication and integration with external systems (MIL-STD-1553B, RS422, Ethernet, ARINC 429).
- Slaving EOIR payload line of Sight (LOS) to external systems.
