BEL has been assigned the CareEdge-ESG 1 rating with an ESG score of 73.8 by CARE ESG Ratings Limited (CareEdge-ESG), a SEBI-registered Issuer-pays ESG Rating Provider.

BEL is the first aerospace and defence company to be assigned CareEdge-ESG 1 rating, reflecting its commitment to sustainable practices in this sector. BEL has demonstrated leadership qualities in its ESG journey, managing ESG risk through best-in-class disclosures, policies and performance. The company’s consistent focus on water stewardship, emissions control, waste management, human capital, business ethics, reducing water consumption, etc, positions it well for a transition towards more sustainable operations.

Mr Saikat Roy, Sr. Director, Care Ratings Limited and CEO, Care ESG Ratings Limited, handed over a memento to Mr Manoj Jain, CMD, BEL, for undertaking ESG Rating from Care ESG Ratings Limited, during his visit to BEL Corporate Office in Bengaluru. Mr Nitin Dalmia, Director, Care Ratings Limited, handed over the certificate for BEL’s ESG score of 73.8 (CareEdge ESG-1), to BEL CMD on the occasion.

Bengaluru, February 6, 2026: Navratna Defence Public Sector Undertaking Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has secured additional orders worth Rs.581 Cr. since the last disclosure on 23^rd Jan 2026.

Major orders received include communication equipment, radar warning receivers, tank sub systems, radar, software solutions, upgrades, spares, services, etc.

Bengaluru, January 28, 2026: Navratna Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has achieved Revenue from operations of Rs. 7121.98 Cr, registering a growth of 23.73% during the 3^rd Quarter of FY 2025-26 over the Revenue from operations of Rs. 5756.12 Cr recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Upto Q3 of FY 2025-26, BEL achieved Revenue from operations of Rs. 17302.46 Cr as against Rs. 14538.30 Cr recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Profit Before Tax (PBT) during the 3^rd Quarter of FY 2025-26 stood at Rs. 2147.68 Cr, with a growth of 22.43% over the Profit Before Tax (PBT) of Rs. 1754.15 Cr recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Upto Q3 of FY 2025-26, Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs. 5171.22 Cr as against Rs. 4242.37 Cr recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Profit After Tax (PAT) during the 3^rd Quarter of FY 2025-26 stood at Rs. 1590.06 Cr, with a growth of 20.82% over the Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 1316.06 Cr recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Upto Q3 of FY 2025-26, Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs. 3845.32 Cr as against  Rs. 3183.47 Cr recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year.

The order book position of the company as on 1^st January, 2026 stood at Rs. 73015 Cr.

Major orders received include communication equipment, medical electronics, thermal imagers, jammers, spares, services etc.

Major orders received include communication equipment, medical electronics,  instant fire detection & suppression system, upgrades, spares, services, etc.

Bengaluru, November 14, 2025: Navratna Defence Public Sector Undertaking Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has secured additional orders worth Rs.871 Crore since the last disclosure on 10^th November 2025. Major orders received include fire control system, thermal imager, ground support equipment, upgrades, spares, services etc.

Bengaluru, October 30, 2025: Navratna Defence Public Sector Undertaking Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has secured additional orders worth Rs. 732 Crore since the last disclosure on 22^nd October 2025. Major orders received include Software Defined Radios (SDRs), tank sub systems, communication equipment, missile components, financial management software, cyber security solution, upgrades, spares, services, etc.

The Software Defined Radios are the first fully indigenous radios, jointly designed and developed with DRDO and manufactured by BEL. These state-of-the art SDRs are interoperable with existing/legacy radios and facilitate smooth transition between technologies. These cutting-edge technology SDRs will ensure secure, real-time communications and strengthen the Army’s operational readiness in today’s challenging network-centric battlefields.

Bengaluru, October 22, 2025: Navratna Defence Public Sector Undertaking Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has received order valued at Rs. 633 Crore (excluding taxes) from Cochin Shipyard Limited. The order is for supply of items required for various sensors, weapon equipment, fire control system and communication equipment supplied by BEL.

Bengaluru, October 10, 2025: Navratna Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a leading Indian aerospace and defence company, and CSIR-Central Electronic Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-CEERI), a constituent research laboratory of CSIR engaged in R&D of a wide range of electronics products/systems, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the design and development of Microwave Vacuum Electron Devices (MVEDs), RF and MW products, futuristic Antennas, MEMS based products for radar, communication, space and other defence applications. This strategic partnership aims to strengthen efforts towards fostering indigenous design in advanced technology domains critical to national defence.

Mrs Niti Pandit, General Manager (Strategic Planning), BEL, and Dr Niraj Sinha, Principal Scientist, CSIR-CEERI, exchanged the MoU documents on the Foundation Day of CSIR-CEERI in the presence of senior officials from BEL and CSIR-CEERI, at CEERI Institute Pilani, Jhunjhunu district, Rajasthan.

Bengaluru/Kozhikode, October 17, 2025: Bharat Electronics Ltd. (BEL), a leading Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, and The Indian Institute of Management-Kozhikode (IIMK), one of India’s premier management institutions, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance leadership development, management expertise, and business acumen among BEL executives.

The MoU envisions a series of customised Professional Post Graduate Diploma (PPGD) programmes designed by IIM-Kozhikode to nurture a capable and future-ready talent pool within BEL. In the initial phase, the collaboration will focus on themes such as Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management and General Management, and then expand to add other themes as per the requirement of BEL and the evolving business landscape. These programmes aim to equip BEL executives with cutting-edge management learning, strategic thinking abilities, and domain-enriching expertise that align with BEL’s long-term growth and leadership vision in an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Mr N Vikraman, Director (HR), BEL and Prof Debashis Chatterjee, Director, IIM-Kozhikode. Senior officials from both organisations were also present at the signing ceremony.

Directors from both organisations expressed their delight over this landmark MoU, noting that the collaboration marked a significant milestone in the long-standing partnership between BEL & IIM-K and reflected a shared commitment to nurturing leadership in India’s strategic sectors. The Professional Post Graduate Diploma Programme series has been carefully curated to help BEL professionals grow into mindful, resilient, and visionary leaders who can steer the organisation through the challenges of a rapidly changing business and defence landscape.
